Coloured Former / Mould - Effective Yet Efficient

The Green Coloured Former is an innovative solution from Gotaj, designed to bring greater efficiency to your production line. These Green Formers serve as a clear indicator, making it easier to spot residues (such as coagulants or slurry) that are not visible on White Formers. The colour difference allows for quick identification, ensuring better maintenance and cleanliness.

Additionally, the Green Coloured Formers help evaluate the performance of cleaning agents and systems. By monitoring the appearance of white marks on the formers, you can determine when cleaning chemicals need to be replaced. For instance, instead of changing the chemical every 5 days as typically recommended, you can extend the interval to 6, 7 days, or more, reducing chemical costs without compromising effectiveness.

"Birkin" Texture For Better Grip

The name "Birkin" is inspired by the iconic Hermes Birkin Handbag. To break away from conventional textures like diamond, fish scale, sandblasting, or spray-on finishes, we developed the "Birkin" Textured Former / Mould. We are proud to be the only company capable of producing this unique texture. Gloves made with the "Birkin" Textured Former / Mould feature a more pronounced texture, greatly enhancing the grip and performance of the gloves.

Does Gel / Latex / Nitrile Slip Sounds Familiar to You?

With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the demand for gloves surged exponentially. In response, glove manufacturers increased production line speeds to meet the global demand for personal protective equipment (PPE). However, this led to issues such as gel, latex, and nitrile slip, affecting the quality and performance of the gloves.

To tackle this challenge, we developed the Far Infrared (FIR) Former / Mould, which we believe can effectively resolve the slip issue. We are excited to collaborate with glove manufacturers on this promising solution to improve the quality and performance of their products.
